The maintenance crew at this apartment complex are outstanding. They had my A/C fixed within 24 hours. They had my leaking bathroom pipes fixed within 12 hours. I've had people take longer to answer text messages!!!

I have lived at Pebblebrook for nine years and am generally very satisfied. One thing that Stands out for me is the promptness of maintenance to take care of anything that goes awry. The office staff has always been very helpful and kind to me as a senior resident & I appreciate it so much.

Nice quiet place to live. Very helpful staff and maintenance. Easy access to everything. Great value for the money!

So yesterday (03/31/21) was mine and my bfs last day living at Pebble Brook Apartments. It was a bitter sweet moment. As to us leaving, we have venture on to owning our own home now. But honestly living here was the best experience we have had. And honestly it's all thanks to Kelly and the amazing maintenance crew. They made it feel like home and was never to busy to help us or guide us in the right direction on what ever it was. Thank yall again.

For those looking for a safe, affordable and great location in Rockwall, this is the place to rent. As a single female, it is vital to find safe and affordable place to rent and call home. I love management! Trish and Kelly are very personable and professional. They have always been very accommodating and, I have always been treated with the upmost care. The Pebblebrook team is awesome! Not to mention, the price is very fair for the square footage. I will continue to rent here for years to come. I absolutely love living here! From the moment i walked into the office and met with Trish and kelly I knew I was home! Trish and Kelly are always so nice and helpful anytime i come in to the office. I'm amazed they know everybody's first name and what apartment we live in!! The apartments are very big and the outside is always kept clean and inviting! The maintenance staff are always quick to come and fix any problem and are always very professional . They always have a smile and a wave if you drive by them while they are working outside.But the thing i love the most is they are so dog friendly here! I have met so many neighbors and their dogs too! Overall this is the best apartment i have lived at! Thank you!!

I've lived here for over a year now. Kelly Pearson is awesome! She's a great manager! The maintenance crew is wonderful! I've got nothing bad to say. It's a beautiful community.

The apartments are budget friendly, maintenance is always fast and helpful and Kelly in the front office is the absolute best! Not only did she lease us our very first apartment, she was there to help us every step of the way and answered all of our questions!
